Courthouse, then she lived and worked as a housekeeper with her brother, Msgr. John Gengler throughout the Diocese of Winona, Minn. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and its Council of Catholic Women, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the American Legion Auxiliary.She is survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; her half-brothers and sister, Albin, Joseph, Izzie, Leonard, Anthony and Rosina; and her full brothers, Ferdinand and Msgr. John Peter Gengler.A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Caledonia. Father James McCauley will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Caledonia. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church Tuesday.McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia is assisting the family with arrangements.
